I miss

I'm focused on being healthy. Eating heathy and exercising. I eat a clean diet. A bit of paleo but not totally. 

I work out 4 days a week for over an hour for 11 weeks. I count every calorie. I've only lost 12 lbs. Part of me is like that's great. Works out to be little over a pound a week.

Slow weight loss is the best. But when I look in the mirror I don't see a big enough change. 

There are many days I say no to treats. If cake is brought in I don't eat it. No to cookies or candy. Abs are made in the kitchen. 80% is diet 20% is exercise.

So I don't stop because one day I'll be where I want to. Don't get me wrong I do have the occasional treat. But I'm going to focus on healthy treats.
