Life has been busy and I've been trying to keep afloat. I want it get back to regular blogging.
I've been consistent with recording everything I eat. I upped my calories to see if that was a problem. Ummm no weight loss yet. I have committed to exercising regularly on my days off. So I want to see where I am in a week.
I eat clean mostly trying to be Paleo. There are days that I eat whatever but trying to stay within certain calories.
What bothers me is after over a month no real change and I'm approaching 2 months. Hopefully this addition of regular exercise will be the change I need.
What have you been up to?
